Baskets and Hand Delivered Baskets that include perishable food items
or alcohol, cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Non-perishable products (such as spa slippers, baby baskets, items without food included) can be returned. You will need an AUTHORIZATION CODE for returns. Please contact us via email at custserv@giftbasketmarketplace.com or call 1-888-570-0696 within 7 business days of receiving product. After 7 days we will offer store credit only.
Products cannot be returned and will NOT be refunded without an authorization code.
Original
sales receipt and packaging must accompany return. Product must be
returned in "new, unaltered and unused condition" Refunds are
contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Customer is
responsible for all shipping costs associated with return. Original
shipping charge will not be refunded.
Unable to make delivery - NON-PERISHABLE:
FEDEX will make 3 delivery attempts. If they are unable to make a
delivery, or recipent has not made arrangements for delivery with
FEDEX , NON-PERISHABLE orders are returned to our fulfillment
department. Please make sure your recipient contacts FEDEX to make
alternate arrangements for delivery if they are not going to be
available to receive delivery in the 3 day window. Upon return of
product to our fulfillment department, You will be issued a store
credit for the order, less the original shipping charge /
return shipping charge and any other charges passed on by shipper.
Unable to make delivery - PERISHABLE: There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for perishable gift baskets (any basket containing food or alcohol items). After
3 delivery attempts, the shipper will hold package for pick up at FEDEX
location for up to 2 days, ONLY if perishable permits.
Please make sure someone will be available to receive package
within the above time frame - Packages with alcohol will require
signature ID of age 21 whether delivery is directly to recipient or
picked up at FEDEX office.
If
an address change is made to route the package to another address it
will result in the address correction fee mention above. In regard to
"proof of delivery" attempts, the shippers records are considered
definitive proof.
Substitution Policy: Company
reserves the right to substitute gift basket components and/or
containers with products of equal value. All hand delivered and
fruit products are filled to value by a third-party and contents may
vary by season and delivery location.
